Sensory Repatterning

Based on Milton Trager’s method, founded around 1926, this form of bodywork is designed to relax the body through a series of rocking and undulating movements as well as expanding range of motion through various limb movement explorations. As the body is composed primarily of fluids, the movements experienced while receiving this form of bodywork return the mind to its basic nature, stimulating memories, ideas, and creativity.

Typical Sensory Repatterning sessions last 60 minutes. The patient is asked to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing while receiving this form of bodywork. Sessions are typically performed on the table.
